又熔断！美股史上第三次！

当地时间3月12日早9:36分，由于标准普尔500指数跌幅达到7.02%，触发市场熔断停盘15分钟。

这是自本周一以来第二次熔断机制被触发，也是美股史上第三次。所谓熔断机制，指的是基于参考价格的一系列价格波动限制。它是一种保护机制，即在交易过程当中，当价格波动幅度达到某一限定目标时，交易将暂停一段时间，防范恐慌情绪进一步扩散给市场带来更大冲击。

熔断机制分为三级，一级市场熔断是指市场下跌达到7%，二级熔断是指下跌达到13%，三级熔断是指下跌达到20%。当标普500指数在短时间内跌幅达到7%时，美国所有证券市场交易均将暂停15分钟；如果下跌13%，同样持续15分钟；如果下跌达到20%，市场将停止交易，直至下个交易日开盘。在本周之前，美股仅在1997年10月27日触发过一次熔断机制。

前一交易日，受到世卫组织宣布新冠肺炎疫情全球流行等消息冲击，美股大跌超1400点，在一个月内下跌20%进入熊市。11日晚间，美国总统特朗普发表全国电视讲话，指将从13日起暂停美国及欧洲大陆地区往来30天。尽管特朗普在讲话中宣布将对部分受新冠肺炎疫情冲击行业减免税收，但仍然造成了市场恐慌。

在随后美国股指期货交易中，三大股指均因为下跌超过5%造成期货交易停止（即期货交易“熔断”）。
