德国BaFin对Nexo – Group发出警告
本周五德国联邦金融监管局（简称BaFin）在其网站上发布了最新警告。
BaFin表示，Nexo-Group无权在德国境内提供外汇和加密货币交易服务。
BaFin指出，根据《德国银行法》（KWG）第32条，Nexo-Group无权在德国开展银行业务或提供金融服务。该公司不受BaFin监管。
Nexo–Group在其网站上自称是值得信赖的经纪商，提供外汇、加密货币、大宗商品、股票和交易指数。
与此同时，金融行为管理局（FCA）本周也更新了警告名单，提醒当地投资者注意一家名为ATUK的公司。该公司冒充金融服务集团AT Global Markets (UK) Limited，并谎称拥有相关经营许可。
为此ATUK试图盗用AT Global Markets的名称和其他法律信息，并将消费者推荐至FCA官方网站，试图证明自己是授权公司。
