外汇局：1月末我国外汇储备规模为31155亿美元
2月7日，国家外汇管理局公布了最新外汇储备规模数据。数据显示，截至2020年1月末，我国外汇储备规模为31155亿美元，较2019年12月末上升76亿美元，升幅0.2%。
国家外汇管理局新闻发言人、总经济师王春英表示，2020年1月份，我国跨境资金流动总体稳定，外汇市场供求基本平衡，为外汇储备规模稳定提供支撑。同时，受中美签署第一阶段经贸协议、英国正式脱欧以及新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情等多重因素影响，国际金融市场上美元指数小幅上升，主要国家债券价格上涨。汇率折算和资产价格变化等因素综合作用，外汇储备规模上升。
“往前看，外部环境依然复杂严峻，国际金融市场仍面临较多不确定因素。”王春英强调，此次新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情对中国经济的影响是暂时的，中国有信心、有能力、有把握打赢这场疫情防控阻击战。中国经济长期向好、高质量增长的基本面不会改变，加之外汇市场运行机制日益完善，有利于市场平稳运行，这都将继续为外汇储备规模保持总体稳定提供坚实基础。
