近日，场外衍生品发行商AxiCorp Financial Services向澳大利亚行政上诉法院提出申请，要求法庭审查澳大利亚证券和投资委员会（ASIC）暂停其澳大利亚金融服务（AFS）许可证的决定。
在发现AxiCorp未遵守金融服务法律后，ASIC于今年1月2日暂停了该公司的AFS牌照。
AxiCorp已请求法院审查并中止ASIC的决定，还提出了保密请求。据了解，法庭已同意中止ASIC的决定，有待最终审查。
这意味着AxiCorp可以继续其业务，直到法庭做出最终裁决。但法庭驳回了AxiCorp的保密请求。
在澳大利亚，AxiCorp的商业名称为AxiForex，AxiPrime和AxiTrader。该公司为零售和机构客户提供保证金外汇和差价合约（CFD）。
根据声明，ASIC表示其暂停AxiCorp的牌照是其持续致力于改善澳大利亚零售场外衍生品行业标准的一部分努力。
