万事达投资人工智能初创公司Trust Stamp
电子支付巨头万事达（Mastercard）已对基于人工智能的身份验证服务公司Trust Stamp进行了战略投资。
这笔投资交易于周四宣布，涉及的金额未公开披露。
Trust Stamp在2018年从Mastercard推出的加速器计划毕业，总部位于佐治亚理工学院的先进技术开发中心（ATDC）。
在2019年6月于约翰内斯堡举行的ID4Africa会议上，Trust Stamp和Mastercard首次合作为在线和离线环境开发了一个安全的非PII身份验证网络。
Trust Stamp成立于2015年，目前正在开发针对生物特征数据和其他身份数据的攻击检测工具，以使用先进的加密技术和人工智能创建专有的非PII常绿哈希。
同时，Mastercard正在积极利用包括人工智能和区块链在内的现代技术。它是Facebook领导的Libra协会的一部分，但为了避免监管机构的反对，它退出了该协会。
