比利时FSMA在2019年共收取225万欧元罚款
比利时金融服务及市场管理局（FSMA）日前公布了2019年的工作报告，在2019年该机构收取了更多的罚款，但执法行动的总数略低于前六年的平均水平。
具体而言，截至2019年12月31日，FSMA从13项执法行动中获得了近225万欧元的罚款。大部分来自与内幕交易和类似操纵行为有关的非法所得和赔偿金。2019年FSMA针对的案件中，比利时本国案件的占比是有史以来第二高，仅次于2018年的七分之十三。
自2013年以来，FSMA进行了一连串的执法行动，提出73项行政制裁，并收取超过1800万欧元的罚款。过去几个月中，FSMA还对加密货币运营商采取了独立行动。
FSMA表示，为了获得该国证券法的保护，投资者在交易数字资产时应选择已注册实体。FSMA近期还收到许多关于加密平台的投诉。
前不久，FSMA还曝光了一家名为Abesix Belgique的比利时加密交易公司，该公司未经授权。比利时当地媒体曾报道，Abesix是由路易威登（Louis Vuitton）的所有者、全球第三大富豪Bernard Arnault联合创办的。
然而实际上，Arnault既不是Abesix的创始人也不是其合伙人。
