2019年我国外汇储备余额31079亿美元 外汇市场供求基本平衡
国务院新闻办昨天（17日）举行新闻发布会，国家外汇管理局新闻发言人王春英介绍了2019年外汇收支数据情况。
从银行结售汇数据看，2019年，按美元计价，银行结汇1.85万亿美元，售汇1.91万亿美元，结售汇逆差560亿美元；按人民币计价，银行结汇12.76万亿元，售汇13.15万亿元，结售汇逆差3843亿元。
在回答总台央视记者有关跨境资金流动形势的问题时，王春英表示，2019年我国外汇市场运行稳定、平衡，市场主体跨境投融资和结售汇行为更加理性。
国家外汇管理局新闻发言人 王春英：
银行结售汇数据呈现逐步改善的发展态势，第二、第三和第四季度结售汇月均逆差分别为80亿美元、50亿美元和26亿美元，逆差规模不断收窄。12月份银行结售汇呈现顺差22亿美元。
王春英表示，截至2019年末，外汇储备余额31079亿美元，较11月末增加123亿美元，较年初增加352亿美元。（总台央视记者 赵曙光 田琪永 熊伟 郑忠营）
