奥地利FMA将FX Crypto Club列入黑名单
奥地利金融监管局（FMA）日前对FX Crypto Club发出警告，FX Crypto Club是一家位于马绍尔群岛的经纪商，一直在未经授权的情况下向奥地利居民提供金融产品。
FMA指出，FX Crypto Club向客户提供差价合约以及加密货币投资工具。
前不久，奥地利实施了新的反洗钱（AML）法规，在奥地利运营的加密公司必须向该国金融监管机构申请许可证。虽然加密衍生品不受该法规的约束，但它们仍应遵守ESMA法规以及FMA关于将这些工具出售给散户投资者的限制。
FMA指出，FX Crypto Club总部位于马绍尔群岛马朱罗，使用其母公司CapCorp运营的网站来招揽客户。
FMA还建议公众始终验证公司的身份（包括身份详细信息、成立国家/地区等），如果无法明确识别公司，则不要信任该公司。
FMA有权监督金融市场并强制要求企业遵守相关法规，对未在该国监管机构注册的加密企业处以最高200,000欧元的罚款。
前述规则属于第五号反洗钱指令（AMD 5）的实施范围，该指令提供了加密资产的广泛定义并将其限定为“金融工具”。金融工具还涵盖了许多相关资产，包括证券型代币。
