国家外汇管理局：人民币储备货币功能逐步提升
国际货币基金组织（IMF）最新公布的数据显示，截至2019年第三季度，全球各经济体央行持有的外汇储备中人民币资产占比由1.97%升至2.01%，创IMF自2016年10月报告人民币储备资产以来最高水平。对此，国家外汇管理局新闻发言人王春英表示，这表明人民币的储备货币功能逐步提升。
国家外汇管理局新闻发言人王春英解释，人民币在国际储备货币中的占比的份额上涨，表明了持有人民币意愿的提升和对人民币国际化的认可。
数据还显示，近年来，各国央行都在努力实现外汇储备多元化。IMF公布的数据显示，以美元计价的外汇储备占总外汇储备的比例已经从2014年第四季度的65.17%下降到2019年第三季度的61.78%。
王春英表示，虽然以人民币计价的外汇储备占比在上升，但是与人民币在国际货币基金组织特别提款权篮子中的比例相比，还是有一定的差距，人民币国际化任重道远。
