加密货币交易所Bitfinex日前宣布，已取消1000美元以下存款的费用。
交易所首席技术官Paolo Ardoino表示，取消该笔费用有利于吸引资金量较小的零售交易者。
小额存款费用最初是在2017年实施的，目的是防止恶意用户通过大量小额存款对交易所发动攻击，减缓平台服务。
Ardoino解释说，Bitfinex已经具备了通过其它方式拦截小额存款攻击的能力，因此不再需要收取小额存款费用。
一周前，Bitfinex宣布与加密货币合规解决方案提供商Chainalysis合作加强合规业务。
当时Bitfinex的首席合规官Peter Warrack表示：“该解决方案不共享用于识别用户的信息，这些信息将严格保密。”
