菲律宾央行行长：12月可能会再次降息
菲律宾央行行长Benjamin Diokno表示，如果通胀维持在低位，最早可能在下个月就会降息。而就在几周前，他还表示今年将不会再放宽货币政策。
Diokno表示，如果预期中的通胀上升没有出现，央行将更有信心采取行动。10月份通胀率连续第五个月下降，降至0.8%，这是自2016年4月以来的最低水平。
面对通胀放缓和经济疲软，菲律宾央行今年一直在放松政策。
“这将取决于货币政策委员会的建议，”Diokno周二在参加企业颁奖典礼时表示。
此前，当被媒体问及年内是否还会降息时，迪克诺表示“绝对不会”。他认为，今年货币当局已经“做得够多了”。
菲律宾央行今年已累计降息75个基点，并在11月14日的会议上维持4%的利率不变。下一次利率决议在12月12日。
