一、外汇管理法的概念
外汇管理法，是指一国颁布的对外汇的收支存兑等进行管理的法律规范的总称。它由单行法规外汇管理条例和外贸、外资、信贷、银行、税收、海关等其他法律、法规中所含的有关规范构成。
