美联储利率决议前瞻：第三次降息会如期而至吗？
北京时间周四指出，1995年和1998年的三次降息与当前的货币政策类似。
事实上，1995年和1998年三次降息25个基点后，美联储都停止了降息。SunTrust策略师表示，这些都主要被视为中期调整或出于保险原因，特别是1995年。
可以肯定的是，美国经济中充斥着疲软(和彻底疲软)的迹象。
牛津经济研究院经济学家莉迪亚？布苏尔(Lydia Boussour)和格雷戈里？德拉科(Gregory Draco)在上周五的一份研究报告中写道：“贸易不确定性上升和全球经济增长放缓的双重作用，继续遏制着企业支出，9月份核心耐用品订单增长势头进一步下滑至负值。”
事实上，过去12个月耐用品订单的降幅达到5.4%，创下自2016年年中以来的最大年度降幅，反映出制造业活动的降幅正在扩大。
鉴于此，牛津大学的经济学家们认为，尽管人们越来越担心金融市场其他领域正在形成泡沫，但美联储不会抵制降息的愿望。
他们表示：“尽管美联储官员暗示，现在可能是考虑暂停降息的时候了，但我们相信，FOMC领导层仍保持其放松政策的倾向。”
