FCA将决定英国加密货币衍生品的命运
英国FCA将决定是否禁止向零售投资者提供加密货币衍生品。英国政府已经得出结论：对于监管机构来说，是时候决定加密货币产品的命运了。
据报道称，10月21日，在英国对加密货币和加密资产的方式方面，财政部经济部长John Glen已经做出回应，提及英国FCA目前考虑对加密衍生品实施禁令。Glen先生强调，FCA独立于政府运作，是唯一需要决定加密货币产品命运的机构。
问题是，加密资产专门小组的一份报告指出，关于是否应该禁止英国差价合约和场内产品，FCA实际上要征求公众的意见。
直到现在，在英国，关于加密货币衍生品，FCA已经收到了多份投诉。一收到这些投诉，FCA就启动了征求意见程序。主要理念是，非专业交易者无法对相关差价合约的风险进行评估。
现在，FCA认为，零售投资者不应该对这些高风险产品进行投资，因其价值波动性非常大，差价合约未受到适当监管。这方面节省下来的资金将在2.67亿至4.51亿美元之间。
无论如何，FCA已经得出结论，主要代币实际上是交换代币，并不在监管机构的管辖范围之内。
