渣打银行：当前瑞郎汇率尚不足以促使瑞士央行行动
渣打银行最新发布的报告指出，即使瑞郎兑欧元已升至两年高点，也可能远低于促使瑞士央行采取行动遏制汇率走强的水平。
该行策略师Geoff Kendrick和Steve Englander等人指出，这是因为瑞郎兑欧元的汇率若经过通胀调整，比当前现货市场水平低了约10%。他们在给客户的一份报告中写道，瑞士央行因此不太可能在9月19日的利率决议中降息，也不太可能在近期采取大规模外汇干预来压低瑞郎。
