外汇交易最大的敌人是自己

交易之中：严格执行交易前制定的计划，不要对您的分析产生动摇， 因为您的分析是在头脑清醒，心情平静的时候做出的，而当您在真正交易的时候，行情的波动会影响您的主观判断， 进而影响您的决定，这点非常重要!
交易之后：养成良好的习惯， 每天用软件存下您的分析，每天记帐，要持之以衡，不要半途而废。交易软件都具有存储功能，您可以输出存下的分析，跟市场的实际情况进行对照。
星期六、日最好是进行一次复盘分析，看看一周的得失，以便决定下一周的行动!
