BaFin为房地产债券代币化亮绿灯
本周二，德国金融市场监管局（BaFin）批准发行区块链债券。这是德国监管机构首次批准此类项目。
发行债券的公司是Fundament Group，这是一家专门从事资产代币化的德国公司。集团总部位于柏林，主要投资商业地产，在柏林、汉堡、罗斯托克、耶拿和富尔达均有分支机构。
该公司的债券以以太坊区块链为基础，并由分布在德国各地的房地产投资组合提供支持。该债券发行规模为2.5亿欧元（合2.8亿美元）。
Fundament的技术意味着将资金投入债券的投资者将获得数字令牌形式的权利或股票证书。这些代币可以在任何时候在二级市场交易，无需银行的帮助。
Fundament是几家试图将房地产资产代币化的公司之一。尽管加密货币领域的许多人认为，大多数资产都可能被代币化，但房地产比其他资产更有可能实现这一点。
这是因为与其他许多资产类别不同，房地产传统上很难交易，将其转化为代币可以降低交易难度。
