穆迪：私有区块链存在新风险
美国信用评级机构穆迪旗下的投资者服务公司在4月25日发布的一项新研究中，对私有区块链的风险发出了警告。
作为调查区块链技术对结构性金融潜在影响的一部分，该报告强调了当前市场趋势之间的关键差异。
具体地说，企业应该意识到使用私有区块链的利弊，它可以在没有去中心化共识或治理机制的情况下运行，因此易于操纵。
报告中称：“区块链技术在证券化方面的新风险可能会出现，一些已经存在的风险可能会得到强化。风险包括交易对手集中、IT和运营风险、区块链的不当治理以及法律和监管问题。”
报告总结称:“由于系统设计和管理仍然集中在一方或少数几方手中，私有/集中化区块链存在更高的欺诈风险。”
本月早些时候，世界经济论坛报告称，各国央行对区块链的兴趣很高，其中40家央行考虑使用数字货币。
与此同时，阿富汗和突尼斯政府向国际货币基金组织(IMF)表示，他们希望未来发行基于比特币的债券。
