保加利亚法院要求网络运营商屏蔽部分二元期权和CFD经纪商
近日，由保加利亚金融监管机构主导，保加利亚法院要求互联网运营商屏蔽40个网站，包括离岸经纪商、二元期权和差价合约（CFD）经纪商，所有实体均不受欧盟的任何监管。
基于此，欧盟成员国针对不受监管经纪商的处罚手段又新增了一个。几年前，波兰率先对国家级别的网站实施了全面禁令。此后，不受监管经纪商不断注册新域名以继续向欧盟居民提供服务。
根据保加利亚法院的封禁名单，其中不乏一些经营多年的二元期权公司，如BinaryBook，Option500，SuperBinary，Binatex，BinaryUno等。
在外汇及CFD方面，如SimpleFX，FXGlory，Trade 24，HBCBroker等都被封禁。
据悉，前述很多公司都开始更改网址，而保加利亚当局可能会继续发布新禁令。然而，保加利亚市场规模过小，可能无法抵挡监管机构采取的严厉手段。
除保加利亚外，一直重点关注二元期权的印度尼西亚近期也关闭了多个网站，导致该国公司经常向客户发送包含新官网链接的电子邮件。
