ForexMart和InstaForex的母公司因违规被CySEC罚款130,000欧元
塞浦路斯金融监管机构CySEC宣布对受监管的CIF经纪集团Instant Trading EU Ltd处以130,000欧元的罚款，该集团经营ForexMart（forexmart.com）、InstaForex（instaforex.eu）和InvestCity（investcity.com）三个零售外汇品牌。
CySEC给出了比以往对这类罚款的解释更为详尽的解释，它将罚款分为两部分。
90,000欧元的部分，是由于该公司未能公平、诚实和专业地行事以符合其客户的最大利益。CySEC特别指出，该公司的违规行为涉及杠杆的使用、向客户发放奖金或交易福利以及客户的负余额保护。
40,000欧元的部分，是由于该公司没有要求客户提供关于其知识和经验的必要信息，以评估投资服务或产品是否合适他们。
CySEC指出，该公司已经采取了纠正措施，过去也没有发生过类似的违规行为。
