这两天市场的重点已经不是“缓和预期”，而是重新切回 油价反弹 + 美元回流。美元指数回到 98.38，布油到 96.8，WTI 到 90.74，说明资金又开始回到避险美元这边，前几天非美那波修复，先别太早当成趋势反转。
我的看法很简单：外汇先看美元这波修复能不能站住，黄金先看高位震荡。 黄金前面一度冲到 4861.32，但今天现货金已经回到 4809.71 一带，说明只要美元走强，XAUUSD 上行就会变得很拧巴。策略上，我更偏向 黄金不追高，等回踩再看；非美先按反弹修复处理，等美元转弱再看有没有第二波空间。
