中东局势还悬着，美元靠避险撑着；美联储嘴硬不降息，欧元区经济又弱，欧央行也不敢随便动 。除非冲突突然熄火或油价大跳水，欧元才可能摸到1.17；要是局势再升级，美元走强，欧元可能跌到1.13附近 。
