1.选择你的仓位版本
波动版：单笔亏损8.33%风险中等（我目前使用的版本）
稳健版：单笔亏损5%风险中偏低
长期版：单笔亏损2.5%风险偏低
自定义版：单笔亏损1%—10%
2.计算你的跟随倍数
你的资金×你所选版本的单笔亏损÷2000÷目前最新交易手数≈你的跟随倍数（只留小数点后1位）
举例：
35000（你的资金）×5%（稳健版）÷2000÷0.5（2026年3月21日的仓位）=1.75≈1.7倍跟随
再举例：
1500（你的资金）×8.33%（波动版）÷2000÷0.5（2026年3月21日的仓位）=0.12495≈0.1倍跟随
再再举例：
5600（你的资金）×10%（最大值）÷2000÷0.5（2026年3月21日的仓位）=0.56≈0.5倍跟随
