伊朗伊斯兰议会议长卡利巴夫16日表示，伊朗已为一场长期战争做好了准备。卡利巴夫当天在接受媒体采访时表示，伊朗知道会遭到攻击，而且根据以往经验，知道敌人会如何削弱伊朗的作战能力，所以已针对所有情况制定应对计划。
他表示，伊朗有充足的导弹和无人机储备，而且生产速度远快于敌方的拦截导弹，成本也低得多。卡利巴夫还表示，伊朗将继续交火，直到敌人真正后悔发动攻击。
