【蚂蚁集团收购获批，耀才证券一度涨超80%】金色财经报道，3月17日，根据耀才证券金融16日晚公告表示，蚂蚁集团发起的要约收购已通过有关部门审批，预计将于3月30日完成交割。
耀才证券表示，作为被蚂蚁集团收购的一部分，所有成交条件均已达成。公告提到，公司股票于16日短暂停牌后，17日开市起将复牌。复牌后股价飙升，盘中一度涨超80%，截至9时55分，涨幅为57.82%，报14.63港元/股。
此次交易可追溯至2025年4月25日。当日，蚂蚁集团全资子公司上海云进信息技术有限公司宣布，以每股3.28港元的价格，收购耀才证券创始人叶茂林持有的50.55%股份，总对价约28.14亿港元。
