今天现货黄金宽幅震荡偏磨人，盘中航情反复，账户一度出现小幅回撤，看着浮亏很容易让人心态动摇。
短期受市场情绪与美债收益率波动影响，多空博弈激烈，洗盘节奏明显。但我们全程没乱方寸，不冲动加沧、不慌乱割肉，严格恪守交易纪律，耐心等待航情企稳。
其实交易里，回撤从来不是风险，乱了节奏才是。比起精准猜方向，守得住耐心、执行好纪律，才是稳定洛带的关键。不被短期波动牵着走，稳健比激进更长久。
