首先定义一下我所使用的支撑阻力是什么样，K线价格运行所形成的水平方向上的高低点，有且仅有水平方向上K线价格运行后留下的高低点痕迹，不包括趋势线、通道线、均线、黄金分割等技术指标所形成的虚拟支撑阻力。
一、支撑位置不做多，阻力位置不做空。
当然你可以看到有些时候价格到达支撑阻力位置会立即反转，这时在支撑位置的反转一定有更小级别的阻力，在阻力位置的反转一定有更小级别的支撑（参照第三点）。另外，如果所有的支撑阻力都不反转那就没人在支撑阻力位置操作了，市场还怎么运行。
二、支撑位置可以作为空单平仓的依据，阻力位置可以作为多单平仓的依据。
三、做多找阻力，做空找支撑。找的是阻力位置的空头释放力量、支撑位置的多头力量释放，至于什么是多空力量的释放，感兴趣的就自己去思考观察吧。
