交易的前提是对自身状态的清醒认知。
风险控制，从来不只是设置止损点那么简单，更是懂得在生活与交易之间找到平衡，不被欲望牵着透支自己。
以前在本该做其他事情的时间看盘，那段时间状态很不好。我明白：交易不是生活的全部，透支自己换来的机会，往往要用更大的代价去偿还。
这种“有所为，有所不为”的克制，让我的交易更从容，也让生活回归了本该应有的秩序感。
现在回头看，那些我曾以为错过的行情，大多只是噪音，而守住的作息和专注，反而成了最稳的复利。
