今天想了一下，就算我每天刷单，刷一百单，对我的交易没有任何的帮助，影响我的只是情绪上的波动，开单就慌得不行，，如何你有一套有效的策略，你去在实盘中回测，你会大概率知道它会怎么走，那时你还会因为价格波动，而导致上头吗，我已经思维固化了，一直都在恶心循环中，心慌→急于平仓→亏→上头→爆仓→充值，就一直循环。我知道这样改变很难，但是必须要迈出这一步，今天又刷了10多单，对我交易一点用都没有，差点又爆了。
