买入理由是“标的估值合理/趋势明确”，而非“想快速赚快钱/赌短期上涨”
已设定明确止损点（例：跌破买入价5%无条件离场）
已设定预期止盈点（例：涨到目标价8%分批止盈）
三、情绪冷静期（必做）
确认以上2项全部勾选后，暂停操作，执行5分钟冷静动作（三选一）：
1. 喝一杯水，同时默念3遍“不贪、不慌、守规则”
2. 打开手机计算器，算一遍“若重仓亏10%，需要赚多少才能回本”（答案：11.1%）
3. 翻看自己过往“重仓崩盘”的模拟交易记录
四、最终确认（必做）
冷静期结束后，再问自己：“现在还想重仓吗？” 若答案为“是”，返回第一步重新检查；若为“否”，再点击下单
