行情天天有，但是不一定都符合自己的策略，所以天天下单肯定有亏的时候。
第一条:以15分图为例，短线一天可能只有一次或两次符合自己的策略。不管赚多少，今天该休息了。
第二条:补充第一条，因为为什么赚钱了要休息，因为今天只有两条策略符合自己，你在做肯定会亏钱。
第三条:15分的为例，如果亏钱了也要休息。对你的策略明显赚不到钱，因为不符合你的策略的行情，明显是亏钱的行情，也要休息。你还要干的话，最后都会上头，上头了，重仓干会爆仓。
总结经验就是赚也要休息，亏钱也要休息，如果你不休息，等于上头了，重仓干等于爆仓。因为我大多数的钱来自于重仓，但是最后亏钱也是来于重仓。
