AMD 与OpenAI达成重大AI 芯片合作后股价飙升38%
AMD 宣布与OpenAI达成多年合作协议，为这家人工智能公司提供先进的AMD Instinct GPU，用于其AI 基础设施建设后，股价暴涨38%，至226.71 美元。
该协议将于2026 年第二季度启动，预计在多个AI 世代中提供高达6 吉瓦的算力支持。根据协议，OpenAI可通过一项与业绩里程碑挂钩的认股权证，最多获得AMD 10% 的股权（约1.6 亿股）。
