做市商制度，也叫报价驱动交易制度，是一种以做市商为中介的证券交易制度。
做市商向市场提供双向报价，投资者根据报价选择是否与做市商成交，传统做市商制度下，投资者委托不直接配对成交。
一般来说，以柜台交易(OTC)为特征的无形市场通常属于做市商市场，在场外市场引入做市商制度，从而引导在公信力建立、防止出现信用风险等方面均有重要意义。
