9月19日，账户从200到达615.58，昨天是500刀，今天盈利100刀；顺便把本金200转刀另一个账户，保留本金，防止万一爆仓之后的保命手段，大家可以用上；我觉得非常实用；
白天黄金小幅震荡，没什么大的机会，来来回回盈利又回吐；最终熬住了，盈利100+刀；做多，从3650刀3657，700点，仓位0.15；太耗精力，其实只要抓住一波，不贪基本50-100刀相对比较容易；达到目标直接走，先休息，先吃个饭休息一下，看看晚上还有没有机会，没有机会就直接结束今天的交易；一般爆仓就是因为过度交易，以及亏损时不舍得割肉离场，以及不服情绪，侥幸心理产生的后果；只要不过度交易，不把交易当回事，亏了也认，得休息，基本上会越来越好！说给大家听，也是说给自己听！
