《道德经》：“人法地，地法天，天法道，道法自然。”
万物各循其道、相互效法，道的最高境界是“道法自然”，即自然而然。市场也有其自身的运行规律，就像江河东流、四季轮转。
不盲目跟风，效法自然规律，理解市场运行的底层逻辑。不强行改变市场，而是顺应长期趋势，通过技术面、基本面等多方验证趋势的方向与强度。
日线与周线共振上行，则在短周期寻找回调做多的机会；若长周期趋势向下，则耐心等待反弹后做空的时机。
趋势犹如自然之力，不可抗拒，唯有利用。
忌因短期波动而怀疑大趋势，更不可因个人喜好去挑战市场。
市场不是来迎合我们的，它只会按照自身的节奏运行。真正的高手，是在趋势的风口上借力而行，而不是在风停之后独自挣扎。
