Gue cukup concern karena beberapa emiten justru lagi ekspansi jumbo. Kalau outlook global makin gelap dan cost of fund naik, bisa-bisa proyek mangkrak. Gue sendiri udah mulai ngurangin eksposur di sektor ini, apalagi yang utangnya jumbo.
