Warning to Traders: Is Hantec Financial Avoiding Responsibility for Hantec Challenge? I am Tran Duc Tu, an MT5 trader who participated in the Hantec Challenge via two trading accounts (MT5 IDs: 800010174 & 800010167) and generated over $20,000 in valid profits. However, here is the harsh reality: The Hantec Challenge was publicly listed as an official “Product” on the Hantec Financial website, alongside traditional financial instruments like Forex, Bullion, and CFDs. This led many traders — including myself — to believe that it was a legitimate program backed by Hantec Financial. Yet, when the platform suddenly suspended operations, there was no clear communication, no profit-sharing as previously promised, and no resolution plan. When I contacted Hantec Group to request clarification, they responded by denying any association with the program and stated that “Hantec Challenge is operated by a separate entity.” They advised me to deal directly with the Challenge team — who, up to this point, have not responded or accepted any responsibility, and instead blame a so-called third party. Serious Questions Must Be Asked: Can a financial brand be considered trustworthy if it allows its name to be used to attract investors, and then walks away when issues arise? A truly reputable financial institution should: Be transparent about the relationships between itself and any affiliated programs listed on its website. Take responsibility for products presented under its brand. Not blame third parties and remain silent when investors suffer major losses.
