我在3月23号用FCOIN 兑换了筋膜枪，但等了很久都没有收到商品。APP里面完全没有在线客服通道，最后只能通过邮件咨询，但却收到我的FCOIN是违规获取要回收。那我就有几个问题要问：
1. 为什么我兑换后没有任何人通知我的FCOIN是违规，一定要等我主动发邮件才说是违规
2. 请问的违规证据在那里，就凭一份邮件就说是违规
