每天早盘需要对交易品种复盘，用图表加文字的方式。
1，挑选好有趋势的品种 重点关注
2，找到关键支撑和阻力位
3，等待进场信号的出现（顶底分型，价格回溯 自我否定 土拨鼠形态 二次结构延续）
4，信号出现 开单进场
5，1%以内的资金管理，设置好止损
6，等待出场信号 （顶底分型 结束 RSI严重超买）
7，如果单子止损后不要急于再次进场，观察行情是否可能进入震荡行情。
交易中不要欺骗自己，错了就是错了 该改就改。
我最大的问题出在对抗趋势
最大的亏损也是来自于逆势
导致交易心理问题出现，也是来自于亏损。
