山脚下有块青灰色的石头，每逢月圆之夜就会传出悠扬的歌声。村里人都说，那是百年前一位痴情女子的魂魄所化。
那年大旱，女子为救全村，答应嫁给河神。临行前，她在石头上刻下情郎的名字，一步三回头地走向河心。谁知河神大怒，说她心不诚，将她化作石头。
如今每到月圆，石头上就会浮现出淡淡的字迹，歌声哀婉动人。村里老人说，那是女子在等她的情郎。可百年过去，石头上的字迹越来越淡，歌声也渐渐微弱。
直到有一天，一个外乡人路过，听见歌声后痛哭流涕。原来他就是女子的转世情郎。当他抚上石头的瞬间，石头轰然碎裂，化作一对彩蝶，翩翩飞向月亮。
