我算了一笔账，我老妈像我这么大的时候一个月工资不到40元，而现在一套40平方米的二手房就要将近40万。要知道这只是非常低的住房要求，好一点的房子动辄上百万，而现在的平均工资估计在2000元左右。是否等我们这些“80后”步入中年的时候，房价要涨到2000万呢？客观地说，用过去20年来推导未来20年，似乎并不存在太大的可比性。但谁也不能否认通货膨胀是经济发展的必然产物。考虑到复利效应，即使是很温和的通胀，在20年以后也是非常可怕的。在全球资本过剩的今天，虽然物价飞涨，但利率还是低得可怜。如何理财已经是我们这一代人不容忽视的问题！
