2月3日，看到金价从2817回调了四十多刀，这看似是多头上车的良机。于是，在2775买入0.15手，计划在价格下跌时逐步加仓，上涨时也加仓。然而，仅仅赚了6块钱就匆忙平仓，认为市场还会继续下跌，想等待更低点再加大仓位买入。结果，市场确实下跌了，但只跌到2772，随后便开始了持续的上涨。
接下来的操作可谓一塌糊涂。在市场整体呈现上升趋势的情况下，我却选择了与趋势为敌，一路做空。这种逆势操作明显与市场趋势背道而驰，多次做空后导致账户资金承受不住，最终不得不入金补充。三个交易日里，市场涨幅超过百点，而我却未能从中获利，你赚钱了吗？回头看，2775的多单简直就是神单。
当我不敢再做空时，市场又迎来了一波四十多刀的回调（目前这两波回调都是四十多刀，我也上车，然后也是拔毛就跑了），仿佛市场在刻意捉弄我，让我不得不服。
这段经历深刻提醒，与市场趋势对抗的风险极高。顺势交易才是更为稳妥的策略，能够有效降低风险并提高盈利概率。交易时，务必尊重市场趋势，避免逆势操作，并严格管理风险。只有这样，才能在市场中稳健前行。（趋势到来时不是在拔毛就是在逆势，等趋势真的明朗了，基本上已经被套在路上了，交易真的太难了。）
