今天又扛单了
手动去挪了下单设好的止损
原油天图早已画好的震荡区间
上周五在区间下沿止盈，今天如果要做本应等下破区间回调再做空单，结果今天中午还是没控制住下了空单，下午原油直接上拉。快到止损位的时候，我不仅把止损位往上调了，还加仓做空，明知道这是不好的习惯，但还是没控制住手。导致今晚一直扛单，又后悔有懊恼。
怎么会这样，明明做好了计划，但就是没按计划执行，手里有仓位才安心，这个坏习惯一定要改。
现在已经凌晨三点，又因为管不住手熬夜了
