澳大利亚证券和投资委员会 (ASIC) 取消了 Next Generation Advice Pty Ltd（正在清算中）的澳大利亚金融服务 (AFS) 牌照。
昆士兰州最高法院下令于 2024 年 8 月 23 日对 Next Gen 进行清盘，随后 ASIC 取消了 Next Gen 的执照。
ASIC 已规定 Next Gen 必须继续其澳大利亚金融投诉管理局 (AFCA) 会员资格直至 2025 年 10 月 17 日。
监管机构获悉，Next Gen 通过其授权代表向客户推荐了投资，其中包括 Global Capital Property Fund Limited（清算中）（GCPF）和 Shield Master Fund。
Next Gen 在昆士兰州经营金融服务业务，自 2006 年 9 月 14 日起持有 AFS 许可证号 302947。
