中国政府宣布将对“白名单”上的住房项目增加至4万亿元人民币（约5620亿美元）的融资，以应对持续的房地产低迷。住房和城乡建设部部长倪虹表示，未来还计划在全国重建100万座城中村。近期，政府加大了稳定房地产市场的力度，解决房地产市场因打击过度借贷带来的负担。此前，当局允许地方政府使用未分配的政府债券并提高债务上限来支持房地产市场。与此同时，个人贷款利率平均下调0.5个百分点，二套房最低首付比例降至15%。截至目前，“白名单”项目的总贷款额已达2.23万亿元人民币（约3130亿美元）。
