日本央行公布的7月会议纪要显示，成员们认为需警惕通胀超调风险，多位成员支持将利率上调至0.25%并适度调整货币政策，但表示暂时无需过快加息。日本央行行长植田和男也表示，央行有能力审查市场发展，短期内加息的可能性较小，经济学家预测日本央行或在12月或明年初再加息。
