1、容易被账户盈亏波动影响变得不理性，非客观

我发现很多次成功的交易都是在我不怎么盯盘的情况下出现的
但合适的盯盘也很有必要性
1、需要观察是否已经出现合适入场点
2、需要观察是否已经出现合适出场点
那么该怎么扬长避短
1、主动降低观察的频率，根据自己的主交易周期而定
2、预估K线到位的时间，设定闹钟提醒
3、挂单入场
4、设定固定止盈
5、堵不如疏，培养其他爱好，分散注意力，看书，看剧，钓鱼等
