此外，该德国监管机构还获悉，HighTrustCapital在其网站brokerinteraktive.com上提供金融服务，但未获得必要授权。且HighTrustCapital不受BaFin监管。
任何在德国开展银行业务或提供金融或投资服务的公司都必须获得BaFin的授权。然而，有些公司在未获得必要授权的情况下提供这些服务。有关特定公司是否获得BaFin授权的信息可在BaFin的公司数据库中找到。
