上个月在澳大利亚联邦法院批准了ASIC 的请求后，BRI Ferrier 被正式任命为 Prospero Markets的清算人。该公司表示，其初步报告证实澳大利亚联邦银行继续持有该公司的指定客户信托基金，总额约为 1970 万澳元。这些信托基金仍处于冻结状态，而 BRI 则根据法院的指示确定客户索赔总额并运行有序的分配流程。
在这个阶段，BRI 预计在 2-3 个月的（相对较短的）时间内可以退还客户索赔，但须遵守法院指示并假设裁决过程中没有出现实质性问题。
该管理人补充说，BRI还获得了公司大部分运营资金，并正在寻求进一步追回。在此阶段，BRI 预计也会有足够的变现来及时支付员工债权人，并且无担保债权人的债权可能会得到全额支付，前提是收回所有资产并且 BRI 对所有债权进行调查。
