The difference between a successful trader and an unprofitable trader boils down to a few rules that must be respected at all times.

Majority of traders fail and lose in their trades are due to psychological influence. These often are:

• The trader rushed himself in analyzing the market to place a trade.
• The trader is simply trading with greed or fear as a reaction from previous trades.
• The trader did not place a trade with a stop loss or take profit level.

• A profitable trader must validate the market trend based on fundamental and technical analysis

• 2:1 ratio (conservative）= 50% of total position
